Commercial use of any Sampler or Foopyware font requires the user to purchase a commercial license or a Commercial Release version; this license is a single user license and includes unlimited use and free updates of that font. Commercial use includes, but is not limited to, display within logos or graphics on a commercial website, in printed material such as a magazine or book, in electronic form such as embedded in a PDF or MS Word document. All fonts have been tested under Windows and in several applications however all fonts are provided as is; FOOPY.COM accepts no liability from their use including, but not limited to, loss of data or failure of any application to recognize any font. Should you encounter problems with any font please let us know via the Contact page. |

All fonts (TTF) are in PC truetype format; conversions to Mac format are permissable according to the other conditions set forth. |

Distribution of Samplers, Foopyware fonts and Freeware fonts are permitted via the web providing the readme.txt file is included in the distribution. If you wish to include any font on a CD ROM collection or bundled with any other software you must contact FOOPY.COM for terms and conditions. |

Distribution of derivative works such as tiles, desktop theme sets or t-shirts from any Commercial Release, Sampler, Foopyware font and/or Freeware font from commercial AND personal sites and use in/on any other medium except traditional print and electronic form requires a special license. To make a purchase from the Foopy Shop you are required to set up an account providing your name, address, a phone number and an email address. The Foopy Shop uses cookies to track your preferences when you change currency, language or you add an item to the basket. This information is not used outside of the shop nor is it compiled or distributed by FOOPY.COM in any way. You are free to amend your details at anytime once logged into your account. |

The Foopy Shop only accepts payments by PayPal and therefore does not collect or hold any credit card information. Once you have made a payment on the PayPal site your order will be marked as Processing in your account. Both you and the Foopy Shop will receive an email confirming your order and an email from PayPal confirming your payment. Once we have confirmed your order and payment you will receive an email from the Foopy Shop with details to download your order. All fonts are delivered electronically within 24 to 48 hours after you submit payment. No returns or refunds will be given after your order status has been updated to Completed and the delivery email has been sent. Sampler versions are available to download and it is recommended to try that version if you are unsure of compatibility as no refunds will be given due to incompatibility. |

Prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Users have the option to convert and pay in Pounds, Euros or Yen. Rates for these currencies are updated weekly from Yahoo Finance. |

If a font is updated and you have purchased a license for it, we will send an email informing you of the update so that you may upgrade your copy at no charge. If you do not wish to receive notice please let us know. The newsletter currently available within the Foopy Shop is opt-in and can be changed within your account. |
